Club Sailing Sessions
We run after-school sessions for juniors and evening and Saturday sessions for adults in Dover, after-school sessions at Conningbrook Lakes and Sunday winter racing at Martello — giving everyone regular opportunities to improve, get on the water, and enjoy sailing.

Dinghy Racing
Martello Lakes Frostbite Racing Series
Frostbite Racing Every Sunday Morning - November 2026 to January 2027.
Race through the winter at Martello Lakes! Bring your own boat or use one of ours.
Sprint Race: 10:15 - approximately 10:45
A shorter race providing fast, accessible racing and an opportunity for developing racers to build starting, boat-handling and tactical skills.
Full Race: 11:00 - approximately 12:00
A longer race forming the second race of the day's programme.
Times may be varied at the discretion of the Race Officer depending on conditions, entries and completion of the Sprint Race. Remembrance Sunday race times may be adjusted to allow appropriate observance.
Eligibility
All participants must be members of Cinque Ports Sailing. The Frostbite Series is intended for competent sailors with previous racing experience. Competitors must be capable of sailing and racing their boat independently in the prevailing conditions, including launching, starting, completing the course and returning ashore safely.
